BAKERY SANITATION CREW MEMBER We are looking for a dedicated, organized sanitation crew member who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment. The crew member’s duties include, washing baking pans and equipment. To be successful as a Sanitation Crew Member, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures. SANITATION CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES: • Safe operation of industrial pan washing machines. • Ensuring the availability of clean pans, racks and flatware. • Preparing the bakery for next shift by cleaning and restocking pans and equipment • Cleaning bakery machines and equipment used in the bakery. • Sweeping Floors and operating floor cleaning machines. • Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans. • Supporting other bakery staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. • Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimal work experience. • Strong problem solving and communication skills. • Exceptional time management skills. • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 40 pounds. • Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
