Position Overview: Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities, equipment, and grounds on and around company premises. Responsible for such upkeep to provide a safe environment for all employees and visitors. Work as required in the warehouse (shipping/receiving) to ensure timely order fulfillment to meet company shipping objectives and proper storage of goods. This includes but is not limited to: order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, inventory receipt or transfer, and monthly inventory counting. Stocking of received product from the loading dock to the general warehouse, and from the general warehouse to order pulling area. Perform painting, drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, and minor HVAC maintenance and repairs as needed. Find and coordinate outside contractors with Manager for scheduled or potential larger projects or repairs as required. Responsible for grounds landscape (with assigned outside firm) and maintenance scheduling. Troubleshoot office equipment and security systems as related to building access, alarm, and fire. Available and "On-Call" for any intermittent notifications or third party contacts related to alarm, fire, or other. Repair and maintenance of office and warehouse equipment and machinery as required. Build cubicles, and repair office furniture and additions as needed. Coordinate with outside provider for scheduled cleaning of facilities, warehouse; & work areas as required. Perform those same duties as needed outside of schedule as necessary.
