Knowledge Requirements: Ability to read and write, do basic math including: add, subtract, multiply and divide at 12th grade level, ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions. Training/Skill Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and one year experience working as a construction laborer. Essential Job Tasks: Previous supervisor or foreman experience a plus. Performs gate monitor duties, including maintaining daily attendance log, screening all visitors and workers by taking temperatures while maintaining social distancing. Performs jobsite cleanup (garbage pickup, lumber pickup and sorting, sweeping); moves and empties garbage into dumpsters. Delivers, unloads and moves materials to work area. Provides traffic control, flagger certified, building/gate lock up. Operates forklift as instructed, forklift certified. Assists with area cleanup. Works all shifts, including varying shifts, extended hours, overtime. Assists with problem solving. May perform other duties as assigned. Compensation: Pay rate of $18 to $32/hr, depending on experience.
