Mayor Tommy called on Alderman Price for presentation of the 2021 Arbor Day Poster Contest winners and reading of the Arbor Day Proclamation. Alderman Price presented the proclamation to Tree Commission member Sylvia Flanagan. Parks and Recreation Assistant Director Kim Watt acknowledged and presented the poster contest winners with certificates.
