turning youtube video into cd for my car

Hi folks Obviously I'm not a 'tech guy' so I'm looking for a little advice. Is there a way (as in what steps) to burn a You tube video (the audio portion) onto a cd so I can listen in my car? I have a 10 year old HP lap top with (I believe Windows 10) and use open office. Thanks for your help TJ
