Yoga for Runners at Fleet Feet San Diego with Dr. Katie D'Amato is safe and outdoors!
Join us Thursday March 18th at 5:30pm for OUTDOORS Yoga for Runners! We hope you'll join us for an evening session to stretch, build strength and increase mobility.
In order to abide by city, state, and CDC guidelines, we will be strictly limiting attendance to the first 20 RSVP's only. This will ensure that we are able to properly maintain social distancing guidelines in our open space, and minimize risks to our running family.
Class will be held in outdoor courtyard behind Fleet Feet San Diego store.
Yoga for runners focuses on core muscle groups, breathing techniques, and functional mobility to help with injury prevention and overall performance.
