Floor Board Sanding / Leveling

Need about 4 boards sanded down after patching up a hole in the floor. I hand planed the new boards to get them close to even but now they need smoothing out (roughly 1/4 inch to be even with existing floor). My small hand sanders didn't seem heavy duty enough to get them smooth. It will be best if you have experience and equipment to get this done. There is a photo of the two new boards added and then a few around them that will need sanding to be prepped for staining. Each board is about 9 inches wide.
