MONDAY NIGHT starting at 6pm running until 11pm or 12pm WE WILL PAY FOR TRAVEL The basic scope of work will include the following: Removing an existing brewer and installing a new on in its place. (see new brewer specs attached) This brewer will require a 50amp breaker. If the original breaker is not 50amps, you will need to upgrade it. The new brewer doesn’t come with a power cord or plug. You would be responsible for providing and installing the new cord. (please keep receipt for reimbursement) Power cord Spec: NEMA 14-50R receptacle and cord with 14-50P The brewer is connected to a water line so you will need to disconnect and reconnect the waterline. We might have to replace the fitting that connects the water line, but should be able to reuse the existing as long as it is in good condition. In addition, they are sending 2 heat servers. Each one will require a dedicated outlet. (see heat server specs attached) Here are some specifics: Brewer – SB0322 New Brewer is replacing existing Brewer of various electrical sizes. Verify existing Brewer receptacle configuration, wire size and panel breaker size and replace them if they don’t match required 50amp. Provide NEMA 14-50R receptacle and cord with 14-50P, mount at 48”. Provide 3#6 & 1#10 GND in 1”C. Provide 50A, 2-pole breaker to match existing. Also, when SB0322 Brewer is added, (1) or (2) SB0324 Heat Servers are added. Below is ESOW for them. C. Heat Server – SB0324 Provide 120V power connection from existing food service/SBUX panel. Provide 20A GFCI receptacle, mount below counter at 26”.3. Provide 2#12 & 1#12 GND in ½”C. Provide 20A breaker to match existing if there is no ‘Spare’ breaker available. Install breaker in existing food service/SBUX panel. Label panelboard directory and receptacle We are not allowed to work over the weekends. Only on the dates listed arriving at 6pm.
