Lost special needs 13 yr old black/brown female Chihuahua (Bella). Ran off without tags morning of 3/7/21 down Sutter Ave towards Fair Oaks Blvd in the Big Lot's/Smart & Final shopping center. Last seen by a neighbor being put into a vehicle by two men who drove down Sutter Ave in Carmichael towards California Ave. Please contact me through this post if you've seen her or may have found her.
