HOA MAINTENANCE person(s) needed asap. NMB ocean front building, approx hours are 230-11pm. 40 hours a week, chance for over time. Will become year round position for the right person. Pool maintenance experience a plus. CPO a major plus. Must be clean cut, articulate, friendly and be able to speak intelligently with owners and guests. Must have maintenance experience. Good starting pay. Must have valid drivers license. Non smoker preferred but not required. 90 day review and possible pay bump for the right person.
