In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in the Patchogue Patch: PATCHOGUE, NY — A new Starbucks could potentially be coming to Patchogue soon. Last week, Five Point Real Estate announced that Bargain Bilge Marine Supply on 159 W. Main Street was sold for over $2 million.
