Female vox,drums, bass, keys for punk/indie studio and touring project

Established local musician (guitar, bass, drums and vocals) with a punk / indie background looking for accomplished musicians for an indieish studio project/band/touring. I have 20+ years experience (mid 30s) and a somewhat defined idea of what I'm trying to do. LGBTQ, females, etc. strongly encouraged. I'm hoping to find musicians with basic production skills to exchange demos, work on tracks, etc. and a basic understanding of music theory. Exact influences don't need to mesh so much as the general concept of indieish with an eclectic influence NOT A JAM BAND! Musical yes, not jammy though. I.e. a rock band with some danciness, heaviness, softness as dynamically fits. Local shows are great but ideally this would be a touring project to some extent eventually. looking for drummer/percussionist who is not afraid of a click track, perhaps the occasional drum machine, triggers. Also looking for a bass or keyboard player preferably with some vocal skills. Otherwise open to what comes along. Ideally you would be adept at your instrument or at least have a ton of heart and dedication, perhaps some songs of your own. I have a small studio space of my own and ideally we would track most of our own music and put something out within 6 months. (Influences along the lines of: Phoebe Bridgers, hop along, weakerthans, rvivr, iron chic, elliot Smith, fugazi, Against Me!, DEVO, Uncle acid, Graveyard, the who, Sabbath, Fleetwood Mac, the band, old country.) I play guitar and sing primarily but can hold my own with bass or drums as needed. I live in the foothills near Golden so Denver/Boulder area works for me, though distance might not be that much of a factor ideally. I have some connections in music across the country and especially locally, been playing in a band locally for 10 years. Pro gear, good job, no substance issues, underinflated egos a must. I have many guitars and quality tube amps, you should have similarly quality gear or a willingness to acquire it soon.
