Henderson Lawn Care is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our lawn care company which is undergoing great expansion. We are a Lawn Care Company committed to Faith, Family, Hard work & Perseverance. Our mission is to provide lawn care services so our customers can enjoy their lawns while spending more time with family and friends. Job Title: CREW LEADER Responsibilities and Duties • Perform weekly mowing and trimming work on customers properties • Keep track of weekly schedule and new customers • Maintain truck and equipment • Keep up with inventory of supplies • Arrive to work on time Qualifications and Skills • Lawn Care experience required (operating zero turn mower, trimming shrubs, blowing, edging, and driving truck with a trailer etc) • Must have a passion for sustainability and be able to communicate our companies vision and value proposition to potential customers • Must have a positive attitude, enjoy working outside in a fast-paced environment, and take pride and responsibility in the work being done • Must successfully complete background check • Must be able to lead a crew responsibly Benefits • Hourly pay based on experience • Work Days Mon-Fri, Weekends As-needed Basis Only Please email your resume at [email protected] and we will get back to you if interested.
