Childbirth Education 3-part Class Series The dates for this 3-part series are Monday, April 5, 12, and 19 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. You will learn about the signs of labor, when to go to the hospital/birth center, comfort and relaxation techniques to manage pain, laboring positions to encourage progress in labor, common interventions and possible indications for them, ways your partner can support you physically and emotionally, and much more! My hope is to empower you with the knowledge you will need in order to help promote a safe and healthy birth.
