Yoga & Sound Healing at the animal farm We've been invited to Blackledge Farms for an opportunity to get in touch with nature, and enjoy the open space under the evening sun while we restore and recharge. Join us for an hour of gentle yoga and sound healing, a nurturing practice designed to slow down and deepen the connection with the earth and its gifts. For my animal lovers, baby goats and other farm animal friends will be there to greet us and share space!
