We have two adorable adolescent male rats that are in need of a good home. They are brothers, but do not have to be bought together. They both love to be held, and like exploring hoodie pockets. One is agouti, and the other is an unstandardized black rat (a variety of Irish). The money will be used to help pay for Boy Scout Camp next year.
If you are thinking about getting a small animal, such as a mouse, hamster, guinea pig, chinchilla, or gerbil, a rat is a better choice. Mice, hamsters, and gerbils are skittish, nocturnal, and do not usually want to be held. Hamsters often bite. Chinchillas are hard to care for, and have lots of fur. KNOW YOUR FACTS!
