Maintenance Man for apartment community 100+ units HVAC Certified Preferred. Pool experience preferred Duties include all basic property needs including, Make Readies, Work orders, Pool Maintenance, must know basic electrical and plumbing. 30 Day Trial period at $10/hr if you pass $36,000yr starting pay with overtime, $3000 a month, approx 44 hours a week Vacation Days, Sick Days, Personal days Full Health Insurance after 30 days Background check and drug test required
