Gravity Yoga - targeted mobility training for the Back, Hips and Hamstrings. Join me for targeted mobility training, "Gravity Yoga". Targeted mobility training involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work -hence the name. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise. We will work on three key areas- the Back, Hips & Hamstrings. No prior Yoga experience is needed. COVID-safe environment with smaller sessions and proper spacing and air circulation. All must wear a mask for entry, temperature check. Students to bring Yoga Mat, any props (blocks, bolster or pillow, blanket, straps, water bottle).
