Med Com Cleaning, Inc. is in search of three (3) reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners, one (1) Day Porter (temporary), and one (1) Supervisor (bilingual) to join the team for select buildings. DESCRIPTION Cleaner - Perform duties such as vacuuming, trash removal, high-low dusting, mopping. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Keep supply rooms organized. Cooperate with all members of the team. Follow all health and safety regulations. Day Porter - Monitor bathrooms and clean when necessary, make rounds to ensure the building is well maintained and free of clutter, remove trash, deliver items, take calls for spills. Supervisor - Oversee the activities of staff, ensuring the quality of their work, to provide a clean, safe and sanitary environmental for visitors and building personnel. EDUCATION At least a high school diploma or equivalent. QUALIFICATIONS Environmental services/janitorial experience preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be necessary to acquire a working knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as operation and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. The candidate will also have the ability to understand oral and written instructions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred for Cleaner and Day Porter, required for Supervisor position. HOURS Cleaners: Part-time, 6 PM-10 PM, M-F Day Porter (Temporary): Full-time, 40 hours, M-F for one (1) month Supervisor (Bilingual): Part-time, 6 PM-10 PM, M-F (English/Spanish fluency required) If interested, please submit an online application here: Applications submitted by email will NOT be reviewed.
