Found: Black and yellow tote

On Sunday, March 7 at 10pm, I found a black wheeled tote with a yellow lid in the middle of the street. (Research Parkway and Powers) I have it with me. It contains things belonging to a man. I looked at everything in there hoping someone would have written his name or phone number on anything. Not even a scrap of paper or receipt. I know someone really needs to get this stuff back. Please reply via email with a description of the contents and I will return it to you. Any reward will not be accepted. I will also post this to Reddit in r/coloradosprings. S
