Job Scope: This position provides front office greeting to customers and visitors as well as answer a high volume of calls. Greeter, Ambassador and Receptionist for Columbus Fair Auto Auction in Obetz, OH conveniently located between the quaint downtown Groveport and downtown Obetz area off hwy 270 and Groveport Rd and 15 minutes from downtown Columbus. Friday is early day 8:30-1pm! 8:30-5pm Monday thru Thursday except Wednesday is an early day starting at 7:30am or 8am until approx. 6pm (auction sale day). No weekends! Job Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional customer experience via hospitality and eagerness to assist Answer phone calls and customer questions Greet dealers, public customers and visitors Provide general information to customers Make hotel or transportation arrangements for customers or visitors occasionally Participate in social media videos to promote the auction when necessary Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Previous brand ambassador, greeter, front office or receptionist experience helpful but necessary. Will train candidate with right attitude and aptitude Confident personality with excellent personal presentation and communication skills. Fluent English required, Spanish helpful Outgoing nature: someone who loves to be around and educate/advise/assist people. Ability to communicate enthusiasm for the Xlerate Brand, Columbus Fair Auto Auction and Automotive industry (knowledge we will teach Professional approach and image.
