Company Incorporator / Nominee - $600+ for a few hours work

We are an asset management company that serves foreign clients, and helps them set up corporate entities in the United States for investment purposes. We need a reliable company incorporator to assist us. This will be on a project-basis, with payment of $600-800 per project. This is completely legal and we work with major banks as well as law firms. How it works - 1. You will set up an LLC (all expenses will be reimbursed) 2. You will obtain an EIN for the LLC 3. You will establish a bank account and deposit the minimum (usually $25, which will be reimbursed) 4. One of our foreign clients will acquire the LLC from you for $600-800, paid in cash. You will get to keep this money as the proceeds of sale. This will be done within 1 week, or whenever you have completed steps 1-3. The total amount of time you will need to spend is estimated to be 4-6 hours per client. We have a lot of foreign clients who require this service, so if you are reliable, we might do this with you more than once - and it can be a decent sideline income for you, with very minimal effort. The reason we are doing this is because it is difficult for foreign corporate entities to obtain an EIN, and the process can take up to 16 weeks due to Covid. For US citizens, the process is very quick (usually within 1-3 days). The requirements are: - You must have a clean criminal record, and be willing to undergo a background check - You must have no history of bankruptcies and must not currently be a bankrupt - You must not have any outstanding judgments against you - Some secretarial or administrative experience (e.g. filings, EINs) would be an advantage but not strictly necessary - You must be willing to meet in person to complete the sale of the business (i.e. either at a bank or a law firm office) - You must be a US Citizen with a social security number and you must have filed taxes before (i.e. you cannot be 'off the grid') -You must be above 21 years of age and not be under any conservatorship (sorry, Britney!)
