A. What is Grounds Maintenance? Grounds Maintenance (“GM”) is everything from aeration all the way to snow plowing and salting services provided to commercial, industrial, and residential properties. This is commonly referred to as lawn care, landscaping, etc. We, however, are far from common. The range of services that we provide keeps us working annually. This can be explained more in depth at your interview. B. Current Growth! We need to staff a new crew. C. Open Positions? 1. Crew Leader: the crew leader must have two years of verifiable experience pulling a trailer at least 16 ft. long and mowing commercial and/or residential properties. Furthermore, valid driver’s license, no criminal record, presentable appearance, natural leader, people skills, a keen attention to detail, and career driven. 2. Assistant Crew Leader: the assistant crew leader must have some verifiable experience pulling a trailer at least 16 ft. long or mowing commercial and/or residential properties. Furthermore, no criminal record, presentable appearance, and people skills. 3. Crew Member: verifiable experience trimming, edging, blowing, etc., on commercial and/or residential properties or a strong desire to learn. D. Pay Ranges? 1. Crew Leader: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour + overtime (first raise guaranteed after thirty days; after ninety days, the option to transition to salary will become available); 2. Assistant Crew Leader: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour + overtime; and 3. Crew Member: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour + overtime. E. How to Apply?
