Description

Springfield had a restaurant called the Southern Air.  It had the best BBQ sauce every.  I would even buy it by the gallon.  Does anyone know the recipe?  Are there any cooks around that would remember how it was made?  I will negotiate a fee if appropriate.  The place closed in 1984 and is now the Chesapeake I believe.  Asking from Chicago.
