ASAP: Need a reliable maintenance worker ongoing

I manage a few residential properties in Raleigh and Cary and I really need a reliable maintenance worker for ongoing jobs. The houses I manage regularly need upkeep- think painting, basic appliance stuff, fixing the fence, servicing high lighting fixtures, fixing caulking, maybe getting into a crawl space here and there just to check and make sure things are looking good, yard work, basic plumbing. Huge plus if you have a van or truck for moving stuff! There won't be work every week, but think maybe 5-10 hours per month for the immediate future. If you want, you can start working as soon as this week, and ideally we just want to work with an individual, and do cash. Respond with an introduction and your rates, and let's talk.
