Approximately 90% of those who died from suicide had a mental health condition. Being a teenager is hard enough...but toss in the current climate of society, a pandemic, and changes in educational routines...and a young person may find themselves struggling with their mental health. Seeking help for the brain is no different than seeking help for Asthma in your lungs.
