The Landscape Crew Member is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape jobs in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. Tasks will include mulching, pruning, planting, and hardscape projects. Operate lawn equipment once per week for service at Homeowners Association. Provide snow removal services in winter months. The Lawn Crew Leader will be responsible for mowing all properties on a weekly basis. You will be in charge of operating the truck/trailer/mowers. Making sure employees are doing a high quality job in an efficient manner. Logging daily information. Weekly upkeep & maintenance on the mowers and equipment. In the spring and fall assist in clean ups. In the winter months assist in snow removal. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with Foreman, other team members, and be able to take direction. - Maintain a clean and safe job site, along with an organized equipment trailer. - Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles. - Perform physical labor. Maintain integrity and professionalism. - Assist in mulching manually or with mulch blower. - Installing plants & lawns. Trimming and pruning shrubs. - Grass cutting. Clean ups. - Hardscaping & Snow Removal. - Driving pick up trucks, dump trucks, trailers. - Assist in loading materials, lifting heavy items, helping team members. Requirements and Qualifications: - 3 year minimum previous landscape experience. - Must have valid drivers license. No exceptions. - Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of landscape and hardscape projects. - Having CDL is not required, but is a bonus with increase in pay. - Must be professional in appearance and actions. - Highly motivated, self driven, and detailed oriented. - Great time management skills, available for seasonal long hours, and Saturdays.
