Landscape Installation Crew Laborer – Full Time Seasonal (approx. Apr. 15 - Dec. 1) Position $18 to $21 per hour based on experience Job Summary: GROW Studio is a high end landscape design build company looking to add experienced crew members to our install team for full-time seasonal work (approx. Apr. 15 - Dec. 1). Our modest scale operation provides exceptional comprehensive landscape services around the twin cities to our selective clients. Ideal candidates would have some general knowledge of plant names and care, planting and construction methods, and an appreciation for design. Once hired a member must have good communication and organization skills, efficient construction methods, and a willingness to see projects through. Crew members contribute to the success of projects by carrying out the labor instruction of and while working alongside the crew foreman and the owner. GROW Studio considers a successful project to be one that is professionally implemented on budget, has a high quality finished product, and meets client satisfaction. Candidates who lack in experience but who show willingness to learn new skills and a desire to work hard will be strongly considered. Required skills: • Ability to have fun working as a group. • Ability to follow direction and give input. • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. • Ability to work manual labor for multiple hours in a row, under ALL safe weather conditions. • Willingness to learn landscape construction methods. • Readiness to learn new methods of construction and material use. • Willingness to assist in a variety of tasks as needed. • Willingness to assist foreman in keeping accurate records and receipts. • Ability to keep work sites clean. • Ability to keep tools in good working order and return them to their proper place. • Ability to arrive at the office/worksite on time. • Ability to stay on task. • Excellent customer relations. Preferred experience/skills: • 1+ year(s) experience in landscape construction and/or complimentary field. • Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to attain a DOT health card. • Experience with bobcats, dingos, rototillers, and other small motorized tools. • Experience with dump trucks, large trucks, trailers. growstudio.co
