Hiring for Following Positions: Landscaping/Maintenance Team Members & Leaders Compensation : depends on experience but can range between 20,000 to 40,000+ a year with bonus opportunities and growth within the company Employment type: full-time Shift: Monday- Thursday 6:30am-6pm Team members need to be hardworking and have a great attitude while being responsible for following directions. Maintenance services will be performed at high-end residential and commercial properties in a professional manner to meet our high standards of quality. The applicant will need to be punctual, dependable and have good listening skills along with the ability to execute game plans. Key Duties and Responsibilities Include: Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record for team leader ONLY Steel Toe Boots/Shoes Ability to do physical work in all climates 8-10 hours a day. Must to flexible and able to work varied schedules Work well in a team environment and do quality work in a production scheduled pace Excellent written and verbal communication skills All candidates must be energetic, highly motivated, hardworking, and prepared to show up on time as scheduled. Willingness to earn additional pay and responsibilities based on performance Attention to detail Dependability is essential to the job Must have reliable transportation Applicants must successfully clear background checks, pre-employment and employment verification process Special skills include:-Working knowledge of various lawn maintenance jobs-Push mowing, weed eating, shrub pruning, blowing-Zero-turn mowing (a bonus)-Turf type identification BENEFITS: Vacation pay after 1 year Birthday pay after 1 year 3 Day Weekends Paid lunches occasionally Snacks/Water/Ice/Gatorades Bonuses Family owned and operated.
