Carpenter for Lake Austin Dock Refurbish Needed

I am replacing the top deck of a 20 x 24 flat deck on top of a dock. Complexities are removing the steel railing and replacing 2 rotten 2x12x20s. The top layers of the floor have been removed down to the joists. I plan to place 1x6 pressure treated board, then a layer of rubber and then 1x6 composite decking on it. I am looking for someone that is skilled in construction, can work hard and someone that enjoys working in a beautiful setting. Someone also in shape, there are many steep steps to get to and from dock to street level. There are three other workers on the job basically full time on a house remodel, only one is assigned to the dock, he needs help.
