Needed: 1-2 individuals to install Solar Attic Fans full-time

Local Home Improvement/handyman company looking for 1-2 independent sub contractors to install Solar Attic Fans. We just partnered with an authorized dealer from the attic Depot to become their exclusive installer for Austin and the surrounding areas. The next couple of weeks will be as needed as the flow of installations increases. The authorized dealer is about to launch a large Austin area at campaign that includes radio, mailers and internet. This will become a full-time position by the end of March if not sooner. Also, If you possess basic handyman skills we may be able to offer you some of our regular small project jobs while waiting for the installation position to become more of a full-time gig. Pay Starting pay is $22.50 an hour along with mileage paid and bonuses for number of units installed per week. This is a 1099 position so 100% of wages earned will go directly to the subcontractor Job Requirements 1. Valid driver's license 2. Auto insurance 3. A reliable vehicle able to carry a 21 ft extension ladder 4. If you have ladders of your own that would be a plus but we may loan you one until you're able to purchase your own if you meet all of the other qualifications. 5. Basic tools (Must have) * Cordless drill / impact/ additional batteries (Must have) * Cordless sawzall (Must have) * Tool belt 6. Presentable vehicle, presentable you and good customer service skills. 7. A positive attitude 8. The ability to climb onto one and two story roofs throughout the day to install the solar attic fan units safely. Want to be considered for this position? This 2 to 3 hour training will be paid and will be the last step before filling the 1099 positions. if you are unable to make tomorrow's training there will be one more held later in the week if no suitable candidates are found by that time.
