needing a tow and help

so I'm in dire need of help. anyone who could possibly come tow my car even by a tow strap please. I dont have much to offer maybe 5 bucks for gas but not going very far. I am at the corner of 23rd and noland and needing to get near 70 and noland so please if anyone can help please do. I have 24 hrs to have it moved or I get towed please anyone who can help.
