Description
Due to limited seating, reservations must be made for each person in your family/party so we can have an accurate head count. Using the WaitlistIf no seats are available for a Mass, we encourage you to put your name on the waitlist and you will be notified if space becomes available. Safety at St. AgnesFor the safety of all parishioners and visitors, St. Agnes limits the number of indoor participants and requires reservations be made in advance. All guidelines are set forth by the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston and the State of West Virginia, and as such, no one may be admitted to the building without a face mask. Social distancing must be maintained. Steps for Mass reservations Select a dateSpecify the number of people who will be attending (including both family or friends)Type your contact information (name, email, phone)Type the name of each person who will be attending with youRemove the two check marks (Keep me updated… and Eventbrite can send me emails…), then click the Register button When the reservation is complete you will see a message on the page that says, "Thanks for your order!"You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have to make a change to the number of people attending, please call the office and they will do that for you or you can cancel your order using the email and then re-register. The information collected will be used in the event that contact tracing is required for covid-19. Guidelines During the PandemicPlease follow the guidelines below when you come into the Church. Face masks are required at all times.You must maintain a distance of six feet from one another. Individuals who live together are welcome to sit together.Anyone who cannot wear a mask because of respiratory issues etc., or children above 10 years of age who cannot wear a mask should not attend masses.If you have any questions, contact the parish office at 304.876.6436
