We are a local landscaping/property maintenance/management company located in Kennebunk, ME looking for crew members to grow with us. We do a variety of landscaping and house maintenance services (i.e. mowing, pruning, mulching, trimming, edging, planting, weeding, handyman, painting, drywall, hardscapes, etc). We are currently seeking P/T & F/T seasonal or potentially year round for the right candidate. Positions start immediately. Hours are generally: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday (some flexibility can be discussed) Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required, weather dependent. Work/life balance is TOP priority for us. We respect your time! We work as a team with no hierarchy of useless middle management. We don’t ask anyone to do anything that we won’t do right beside them. Crew members can schedule shop time for personal use, if needed. Company tee shirts and sweatshirts provided. Paid company holidays after 90 days. All job sites must be smoke free, drug free and alcohol free. Pay based on experience-$16/hr-$20/hr + (bonuses based on performance) Requirements/Qualifications: -Love to be & work outdoors in all weather conditions -Clean drivers license with reliable transportation to/from work -Is personable & approachable  -Field repair or shop repair/maintenance is a plus. -Basic plant knowledge (preferred) -Likes to work alone or with a team -Likes to perform a variety of tasks rather than the same thing 5 days/week -Is reliable & wants to work hard -Has pride in the finish product of their work  -Likes fast paced work environments -Has knowledge or wants to learn how to use all types of equipment & different skills (mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, skid steer, compactors, dump trucks, painting, plaster work, pruning, gardening, mulching, hardscapes, carpentry, etc) -Must be able to sit, stand & kneel for long hours, push, pull, & lift over 50lbs without over extending yourself  We want to talk to you!
