Need garage concrete pad

Hello. I'm building a 24x20 garage and need a concrete pad poured. You must pull permit in Shaker Heights and do the work accordingly. I have drawings that are approved by Shaker. I will have current garage torn down. I would like a price to tear up the 20x20 concrete pad and replace with 24x20 pad. If you can build a new garage as well, I'm interested.
