Looking or general laborers/painters. HJD Property Solutions, LLC is expanding and needs more people. This is a 1099 position. Must be able to work long hours and some weekends. Must be licensed driver with reliable transportation. Anyone interested must be able to follow directions. We pay by the job. Not by the piece. No experience necessary. This is a fast pace position. We do not pay after the job. We pay on the first and the fifteenth. After you learn how we paint, we will teach you drywall repairs and light industrial contracting. Attendance and punctuality is a must. Strict drug and alcohol policy while on the job sites. You will be paid a percentage of everything you earn. 50, 60, and 70%. The people that work for us make from three to five thousand a month based on their work proficiency. We been in business for almost six years and are expanding.
