Seeking Handyman for ongoing projects

I am seeking a Handyman for work on rental properties. Here is a list of some of the things I require, and am not flexible on. Clean cut, with a professional attitude, and reliable. Show up when you are supposed to show up. Must have their own, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license (Preferably a truck so you can pick up supplies) Must have most of their own tools (Not supplies, as I provide those) (Some projects I understand you won't have the tools, and I will provide) Pays attention to detail, and does jobs right, checks their work, etc. (IE-Doesn't paint the door knobs and carpet, Faucet you install doesn't spray water all over the place) Knowledgeable about basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc (Handyman stuff) If you have a resume, please include it.
