AV Installer Needed for Lutron Caseta and URC remote Installation

Our company is looking for an experienced AV Installer or contractor to install some home automation equipment. $30/hour. expected 8-16 hours. Ready to start immediately, must try to be completed by end of business on Wednesday if possible. The contractor must be an experienced LEAD TECH able to: Install Lutron Caseta dimmer switches in place of existing standard switches and set up the Caseta hub with the app. Perform August Pro smart lock installation(the basic battery operated unit), and install and set up the network and URC control processor and remote. The contractor is obviously expected to have proper tools, ladders, and equipment to perform this kind of job. The contractor will be reimbursed for any materials dispensed on the job. Project scope This project involves installation of URC remotes along with a swap & replace of existing light switches with the Lutron Caseta dimmers, installing the Caseta Hub and updating the app. you will also drop in 2 august pro smart locks. Standard installation, 10 feet away from one another. The residence is new development and prewired. There are approximately 8-16 hours of work. Late arrivals will be penalized a $25 late fee. Before acceptance, please be sure that you are familiar with URC remotes, the basic Lutron Caseta system, Pico setup and hub setup. *Failure to bring the standard tools needed as well as laptop and a smartphone for setting up the app will result in discharge from the project without pay. *Inability to satisfactorily complete the basic Lutron Caseta setup in the Lutron Caseta app due to being unfamiliar with the product will result in discharge from the assignment and a 50% reduction in pay. *Inability to satisfactorily complete any portion of the swap & replace installation of the dimmers due to being unfamiliar with the product will result in discharge from the assignment without pay. inability to setup the URC system due to being unfamiliar with the brand will result in a 50% reduction in pay. In other words, please be familiar with URC remotes and Lutron Caseta and be equipped to install the dimmers and setup the hub. There are no special or unique circumstances on site. The residence is brand new and prewired. Everything is standard.
