Bolt bench seats to Ford cargo van floor

I have a 2006 Ford E-150 cargo van that I'd like to add passenger bench seats to. I already have the 2 bench seats and the mounting hardware. What's needed are bolts that will clear the custom wood work flooring (with lock washers!) and metal plates to secure it to the undercarriage. And of course someone with the skills and experience to get the job done. So, looking for someone with experience working with metal on vans. Bonus if you know what to do about sourcing the side seatbelts.
