We have great working environment and we are now HIRING for PAINTING TURNKEY AND RENOVATION APARTMENTS ( about 4000 apts) in between metro and North atlanta. We are looking for painters or sub-contractors ( English or Spanish ) to keep up with the high demand... We pay twice a month ( we can make exceptions ) if you need and advance, we are here to help each other To grow! Here is a general idea for what the scope of work looks like for Turkey paint: .Prepare each unit for painting. .Full Paint color change or same color. .Drywall repair when needed. (Pay Extra) .Prime and paint cabinets. (Pay Extra) .Remove wall paper and texture in some occasions. (Pay Extra) Renovation: .Replace cabinet doors and countertops. (Not granite). .Replace light fixture. .Replace door handles, dead bolts, and hinges as needed. .Install backsplash if needed. .Replace mirrors when needed. Etc. .The scope varies on every property and the price changes accordingly. Requirements: .Most have your own tools. .Most have your own transportation. .At least 1 year of experience on Turnkey painting (Apartments) .At least 1 year of experience on multifamily renovation.
