And what part of my post was a lie? How are you so uninformed? Do you only get your current events from the right wing-nut side of twitter and facebook? Note the name of the website here, the conservative institute.org https://conservativeinstitute.org/conservative-news/trump-appointee-arrested-riot.htm Klein appeared in court on Friday and complained that there were cockroaches in the cell where he had been kept overnight. U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui said the conditions would be addressed and that Klein would likely be moved later on Friday. Klein worked at the Office of Brazilian and Southern Cone Affairs at the State Department at the time of the riot. He resigned on January 21. He is the only Trump political appointee to be arrested for participation in the riot so far. Or this one from Newsmax, https://www.newsmax.com/politics/fbi-trump-capitol-arrests/2021/03/05/id/1012617/ A former State Department aide has been arrested by the FBI on charges connected to the Jan. 6 breach of Capitol, marking the first known political appointee of ex-President Donald Trump to face prosecution related to the attempt to stop the certification of the Electoral College's votes for President Joe Biden. The man, Federico Klein, 42, worked on Trump's 2016 campaign before he was hired at the State Department, reports Politico. Samantha Shero, a spokesperson for the FBI's Washington Field Office, said he was arrested and taken into custody in Virginia. The charges against Klein were not made immediately available. I will admit that the part about them ALL BEING COCKROACHES was just my opinion Why don't you do some research before firing back an opinion on stuff you no nothing about? Or maybe fact check your own post if you actually believe some of the BS you post out here. And then there's this guy notice its a Newsmax report. Another fine republican leader. https://www.newsmax.com/us/west-virginia-legislator-capitol-riot/2021/01/08/id/1004770/ A West Virginia legislator who filmed himself joining President Donald Trump’s supporters storming the Capitol on Wednesday is denying that he broke the law and refusing calls to resign, CBS News reports. State Delegate Derrick Evans, a Republican, filmed himself wearing a helmet and attempting to push his way into the Capitol building during Congress’ session to formalize President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election. The video, which was posted to social media but has since been deleted, also shows Evans wandering around the Capitol Rotunda. He did eventually resign but you wont find that on Newsmax.
