I am a gallery owner and artist. I have a beautiful space downtown Vancouver, WA that has been completely renovated- see pictures. The building is on the historic register and is 100 years old- Vancouver's first bank. I put a lot into this space redoing the floors, redoing the lighting and more. I am an artist who has been running this space as an art gallery but I no longer wish to manage artists or their work after March. I am looking to sublease my space out (but keep my office and studio in the corner)- Even temporarily. I am looking to sublease it out for $1,000 per month. This is a good deal considering the money I have put into the space and there is a large hall, a bathroom and an outdoor covered balcony- I will attach pictures. I will have both parties sign an agreement and I will run a background check AFTER meeting with the person/ people interested but for now I am just putting this out there to see who may be interested in subleasing/ renting out space. The space is absolutely beautiful and there are 4 large domed windows that are floor to ceiling length. WIFI/ internet, heeating/ cooling & trash included in the monthly price.
