Description

I'm one of the lucky who had a water pipe burst in the ceiling. I had my heater on and faucets dripping. However, on the morning of 19 FEB following the coldest evening, the pipe burst. This would not have happened if the power had been on - thank you TX power companies for the blackouts. I have insurance, but I believe the power company should pay my deductible. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
