Growing solar company is hiring Electricians for residential solar projects (solar panel installations, Tesla battery installs, and Main Panel Upgrades) Immediate Interviews! Please send your resume asap! Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Job Duties · Must be able to do service panel upgrades unassisted (MANDATORY) · Must be able to do retrofit electrical on older homes · Ability to bend conduit (MANDATORY) · Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding · Must be able to mount equipment and conduit in an aesthetically pleasing manner · Must have own electrical tools · Must have own reliable vehicle · Must be able to read electrical line diagrams and install a system per plan · Must be able to overcome road blocks and make adjustments on the fly that are code compliant · Must have a basic understanding of electrical codes · Understanding of string configuration · Must be able to complete voltage drop calculations and be familiar with amperage ratings as they relate to sizing wiring · Pipe bending and Wiring · Inverter mounting and wiring · Must have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must deliver a high level of customer service Required Skills Experience in the solar industry is strongly preferred. To be considered for our Electrician opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the following: · Must be able to learn the solar application quickly and be able to install both the DC and AC portions of a solar electric system · Electrician certification is a plus · Must have good customer interface skills/personality · Must have clean driving record/valid driver’s license
