Trump and Steve Bannon starter collecting private donations to build the border wall. They collected sever million dollars from supporters. Not a single dime of this money ever went to fund the border wall. Bannon was caught red handed funneling a million dollars of this money into his own pockets. If Bannon had not been caught, he and Trump would have split the donations. Neither of them ever had any intention of using the $$$ to build the wall.
