Guy or two/three needed to rip out subfloor. Had someone start job and then they disappeared. ~ 100 sq ft (80+) Just need toplayer vinyl and 1/8” subfloor removed. Can leave second vinyl layer as is Unless it’s easy enough to do so at the same time.
