We are looking for a skilled field superintendent that can lead crews and possess the following abilities; -This is a mid-level position and the right person has extensive knowledge in all facets of residential construction -Can take charge of a project from hand off to closeout -Can work along side and mentor junior personnel, train and develop them to the next level -Framing knowledge to include basement buildouts, decks pergola's, interior remodels etc. -Ability to hire and train other skilled labor and share the vision to aggressively grow this company -Great people skills to interact with customers -Must have a vehicle capable of transporting tools & misc. materials as needed (mileage reimbursement provided) -For the right person this position pays very well and offers a project by project bonus program. -Only serious career minded applicants should apply
