YARD LABORER and HOUSE CLEANER needed at private residence

TWO Separate Jobs: Seeking reliable/honest helpers. Show up for work on time or call when unable to come. Be able to follow directions. 1- Helper in cleaning House. Must be able to climb ladder. Be detail oriented. Follow directions. Offering 4 hours once a week. Pay: $15.00 per hour 2- Yard Worker: Job primarily: Work with homeowner to clean yard debris, chicken coop, light tree trimming and organize yard. Yard tools will be used and wheel barrel. Light carpentry/ painting skills would be a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable climbing a ladder. Will need to haul gravel/rock around yard. Job is on-call- one weekend per month. Work available ASAP. I have a few home projects that I need completed and can use someone to help me. I can offer extra hours till projects are completed. Pay: $15.00 per hour.
