We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. A Class A CDL License and ability to drive a Dump Truck with a trailer is preferred but not required. About our Heavy Equipment Operator position • Work independently at job sites • Safely operate our equipment including – Case 160C Excavator, CAT 953 Crawler, Kubota Track Skid Loaders, mini excavator • Drive our Kenworth Tri-Axle Dump Truck • Safely transport our equipment between job sites • Maintain a clean job site • Provide a wide range of excavation services that may include but is not limited to basements, underground utilities, final gradings, storm water management, sewer systems, minimal pipe and shovel work, etc. • Provide snow removal services in the winter Our Ideal Heavy Equipment Operator • Experienced: Has 1+ years experience operating heavy equipment and providing excavating services. • Clean Driving Record: Should have reasonably clean driving record. Class A CDL License is preferred to drive our Dump Truck & Trailer or willingness to obtain your CDL. • Safety Conscious: Must be aware of surroundings and use caution to protect teammates, equipment, property and yourself. • Reliable: We depend on you to be on time for work each day. You will be entrusted to operate our company truck as well as expensive equipment. Many days you will be working independently. • Active: Must be able to operate equipment over rough terrain, climb, bend, kneel, walk on uneven surfaces, etc. What we offer our Heavy Equipment Operator • Competitive Pay Dependent on Experience: $20-$24 p/h • Health Insurance Options • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Overtime pay: we average 50-55 hours per week • Year-round work To Apply To be considered for a Heavy Equipment Operator position, please submit your resume.
