We are small landlords with couple rental apartment units in Rehoboth Beach. We are looking for a local handyman to assist mainly with light electric (light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches, outlets, etc) and light plumbing jobs (faucets, toilet guts, etc). Pay by agreement.
